Dear goons, I prayed

As I watched multiple reputed news channels broadcast the live incidents occurring at the Capitol Hill. I think of how the world has existed for ages on the unstable foundation of blatant injustice and a posse of goons who feel obligated to live in this utopian society of complete anarchy.

Do you think we could have contributed in any way to the adamant minds of these individuals who dared not only to storm into the building but gallivant across this institution’s various chambers and rooms?

I pray for the Republican senators and how shook they must have been to completely reverse the objections they would have raised had this heinous incident not taken place. Do you think the senators or the ground staff or the law enforcement slept well? Can you imagine the amount of psychological trauma you may have caused by your bullying and swearing? I pray that the nuisance you inflicted have a speedy recovery.

I pray for the 4 people who have died. Even if they came with the wrong intentions, human life being lost over something so fickle is always saddening. I pray for their families who saw them leave the house excited, who must have prepared dinner for them, maybe a hot soup wondering they might be cold after standing outdoors for so long. I pray your beds be able to withstand the weight of the grief as your parents cry at your bed wondering why you and not them?

I pray hoping that you have seen the right from wrong, the injustice from justice because protesting is peaceful but rioting is murder.
